What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese worldwide spread holistic system for balancing, healing, and harmonizing all aspects of the person. Reiki means life force energy. This energy is also known as Prana, Ki, Qi, or Chi. If one’s life force energy is low, we are more likely to get physically sick and feel anxious or depressed. When life force is high, we are creative and vibrant and flow through life with joy and ease.

Scientists have confirmed that everything in the universe is made up of energy, vibrating on different frequencies. Our bones vibrate at lower frequencies, while our blood, thoughts, and feelings vibrate at higher frequencies. This magnetic pulse is known as a bio-magnetic field.
